This low profile contemporary design is 50% lower profile than most standard deadbolts.	Latch has adjustable backset 2-3/8" to 2-3/4" to fit all standard door preparations. Check that door hole and handle hole are 5-1/2" apart for proper door installation.	Vancouver is BHMA Grade AAA certified, the highest residential security, durability, and finish rating. It installs easily in minutes with just a screwdriver and is reversible. This handleset can be installed on a left-handed or right-handed front door.	Latch bolt operates by thumb piece outside and lever inside. Deadbolt is operated by key outside and thumb turn inside. Vancouver has a lifetime mechanical and finish warranty.

Kwikset SmartKey Security Re-Key in 3 Easy Steps

Step 1 Insert the key that currently operates your lock, and rotate it 90 degrees clockwise.

Step 2 A) Insert the SmartKey tool fully and firmly into the SmartKey hole. B) Remove the SmartKey tool and the current key.

Step 3 A) Fully insert your new key into the lock and rotate it 180 degrees. B) Rotate the new key 90 degrees back to the starting position, and remove it. Your lock is now re-keyed to your new key, and your old key will no longer operate the lock.
